Floppy Disk
Floppy disks are very similar to HDDs both in the sense that they store data, are currently managed-only and have no size quota just yet. A big difference is that you can craft an Advanced OS installation floppy which allows you to install our built-in operating system. Though you can also write your own if you wish to. You may want to look at the AcLuaDev project for developing programs / operating systems more easily.
Provided component
This item provides the massStorage component which is either ManagedMassStorage or UnmanagedMassStorage, though currently only the managed version is implemented. For details on the available functions, see the those links.
